Korean Spinach

A whole lot of spinach doesn’t go very far with this recipe.

I did a lazy version of this recipe, but either way, it takes a big bundle of spinach.

First, blanch it. Then squeeze all the water out of it. Drizzle a little sesame oil on the spinach in a bowl, a sprinkle of garlic powder, salt, crushed red pepper, a capful of vinegar. Usually, it also takes a spoon of sugar mixed in, but I never do that. Mixed all of it up together and then a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

As Mommy Tang used to say, “Protein, protein, protein!”
