Pomegranate nice cream

Five bananas, one pomegranate, a small cucumber, chia seeds, and topped with walnuts.

Perfect summer breakfast.  Hard to want to eat when it’s hot and in the throes of end-of-the-school-year crunch.  A big bowl of nice cream full of fruit and healthy plant-based fats like chia seeds, walnuts, or ground flaxseed really help me get in some calories and nutrition in theses cases.  Good start for the day.
